Finally Close or Cancel Purchase Order Gives APP-PO-14160 Document Action Not Completed Successfully (Doc ID 1309940.1)

Symptoms


Upon entering the Purchase Order Summary form - querying a purchase order - and attempting to finally close or cancel it - error is encountered.

Error:
APP-PO-14160: Document action not completed successfully Cause You attempted to perform a document action that is incompatible with the document status

Replication Steps:
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Purchase Orders/Purchase Order Summary
3. Query the purchase order - attempt to Finally Close - error is encountered.

FND Logging was taken, and the following error was present:
p_appli_s_name = XLA
p_msg_name = XLA_AP_INACTIVE_CCID OR XLA_AP_CCID_INACTIVE_DATE
