Symptoms
On : 12.1.2 version, Spares Logistics
When attempting to perform excess returns in the HTML form, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error: The transaction failed because there was an error. Invalid transfer Sub inventory. Transfer Sub Inventory is not in the restricted list for the item in transfer organization.
and
Error: The transaction failed because there was an error. Invalid Sub inventory. Sub Inventory code is either not entered or not valid for the given organization.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Spares Management (N) Spares Logistics>Parts Return
2. Select a resource, item, source org/subinventory.
3. Click parts search. the parts are displayed.
4. Click return button for an item.
5. Error: The transaction failed because there was an error. Invalid transfer Sub inventory. Transfer Sub Inventory is not in the restricted list for the item in transfer organization.
