Customer Form, Account/Site Profile Error: Java Error is Raised When Chaging the Profile Class at the Account or Site Profile Level (Doc ID 1310532.1)

Symptoms

When maintaining or creating an account and the user tries to enter the a Profile Class at the Account or Site Level, an error page is generated:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
    Navigation: Customers > Customers Open the customer search page from the above navigation path.
  2. Query for an existing customer
  3. Click on 'Go' button.
  4. Navigate to the 'Account Profile' Tab
  5. Replace the current Profile class with a different value from the list of values
  6. Save your changes, the error page is displayed
