Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Journal Entry
When attempting to created document using Launch Journal Wizard the following error occurs.
ERROR ----------------------- Your document could not be created
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Log into general ledger responsibility 2. Navigate to Launch Journal Wizard 3. Select layout Function Actual-Single 4. Select Create document
