Question on Shipment Deletion (Doc ID 1311050.1)

Goal

User creates Order Release>>Builds Shipment>>Creates Invoice. They then delete the shipment and find that application allows the shipment to be deleted and also after the shipment is deleted, Invoice is still visible and not deleted.


Is this as per design?
