Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, IAS for Applications Technology
when attempting to login to E business suite intermittently users get the following error:
Error Page: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
In the oacore_default_group_1 log, the following error appears:
javax.servlet.ServletException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_NO_DATABASE_CONNECTION.
