Symptoms

Created a dependent value set and use that in an extensible attribute definition.
When trying to view a Service Request in Customer Support HTML module or Case Worker the following error occurs:

Error:
Error while processing attribute group <name of the attribute group>.
Contact system administrator to check all related attribute definitions, especially value set queries.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Setup a multi-row, dependent Extensible Attributes. 
2. Added extensible attributes that were not dependent and everything worked
   correctly. Fields in the SR were visible and the updates were successful. 
3. Then added a dependent attribute that uses the :$ATTRIBUTEGROUP$ to
   reference another attribute in the same attribute group and the reported
   error occurs.
