Map Driver Activity Not Showing Stop Times On Planned Route (Doc ID 1313325.1)

Symptoms

On OTM version 6.2.1 When using the Map Driver Activity action off of a Driver, the Planned Activity section has the minutes missing for the NAL times

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the minutes to be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Navigate to: Fleet Management > Driver MAnagement > Select Driver 1

2 - Click on Actions > Fleet Management > Map > Map Driver Activity.

3 - Enter large date range (1st Sept to today).

4 - Look at the Planned Route Section, field Driver 'Next Available Time' is 17/11/2010 20 Europe/London. The 20 represents 8pm but there are no ':' or minutes.
