Symptoms
Receiving Open Interface (ROI) transactions fail with the following message in PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS table:
INTERFACE_TYPE RCV-856 TABLE_NAME RCV_HEADERS_INTERFACE COLUMN_NAME SHIP_TO_LOCATION_ID ERROR_MESSAGE_NAME RCV_INVALID_ROI_VALUE_NE ERROR_MESSAGE Error: The value specified nnnnnnn is invalid. (COLUMN=SHIP_TO_LOCATION_ID)
Steps:
1. Populate rcv_headers_interface and rcv_transactions_interface tables
2. Run Receiving Transaction Processor
