Unable to Select Custom Geo Hierarchy When Creating New Region Detail

Symptoms
When attempting to enter new region detail, custom Geo Hierarchies are not included in the drop down. In 6.1, this was a search field, but looks like it has been hard coded to a drop down list in 6.2. Due to this, the custom Geo Hierarchies do not show in the list and cannot be used.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM 6.1.
2. Go to Shipment Management --> Power Data --> Geography --> Regions.
3. Click On new.
4. Type in any region ID.
5. Click New Region Detail.
6. Select the Pull Down.
7. Note only the canned values show in the drop down list. The client is expecting the custom Geo Hierarchy to Show.
