Invoice Information Missing From Fusion Transportation Intelligence (FTI) (Doc ID 1316188.1)

Symptoms


Data is not being loaded in the HDOWNER.F_SHIPMENT_INVOICE_BILL_DETAIL and HDOWNER.F_SHIPMENT_INVOICE_BILL_LINE_D tables.
This appears to be an issue with the queries being used in the HDOWNER.AA_LOAD_HD pacakge (the P_LOAD_F_SHPMNT_INVOIC_BIL_DTL and P_LOAD_F_SHPMNT_INVC_BL_LN_DTL procedures).
Both have queries that do a partial outer join to the GLOGOWNER.USER_APPDATA table, but not a full outer join.
Because the invoices do not have users with records in this table no data is returned.
