Kewill Error "Pickup date cannot be less than current date or greater than 10 days" When Updating Shipment with Date Emphasis of PAST (Doc ID 1316735.1)

Symptoms

A shipment is created with a Kewill rate containing multiple Order Releases. At a later date, one of these order releases must be removed from the shipment which is accomplished via integration with a DELETE Transaction Code. This forces the redrive of the current shipment as it needs to be recalculated as it still has remaining orders (via the agent action: ORDER RELEASE - DELETE).

This redrive of the shipment is failing during the Kewill rating with the following error:

cause.RatingEngine.ExceptionCaught (method=REXGeneric.parseStream(), stackTrace=[INFEASIBLE] Error code in standard response from Kewill external rating engine: <Pickup date cannot be less than current date or greater than 10 days.. server: 10.32.6.41. meter: 454954>

Due to this error, the shipment fails to redrive and therefore the delete of the order also fails.
