Symptoms
Client has a voyage that visits a stop more than once. It is found that when planning a shipment using this voyage, the wrong stop is used, where the stop selected is outside of the Order Release's time windows (there exists a voyage stop that is within the time window, it is simply not used for the shipment, but expected to)
