Symptoms
Special Services are assigned on an Order Release Stop, as well as Special Services assigned to the SOURCE/DESTINATION of the Order Release. It is found that if the Order Stop is the same as the pickup or destination of the order (i.e. same location visited more than once); when this order is planned onto a shipment, not all Special Services are being copied to the shipment correctly.
