Goal

Registering a SQL*Plus script as a Concurrent Program. When running the program, get an error message that reflects the value of 'EXEC FND_CONC_STAT.COLLECT;' is being used for a parameter value. Here is the full message:

Enter value for 7: EXEC FND_CONC_STAT.COLLECT;
AND to_number(glcc.segment4) <= to_number(substr('EXEC FND_CONC_STAT.COLLECT;',14,2))

ERROR at line 42:
ORA-01722: invalid number
