RIQ Fails with Error "Rate Offering Hazardous Rule (failed)" When Including Ship Unit Information (Doc ID 1319336.1)

Symptoms


When running an RIQ, an expected rate is failing to show up when a ship unit information is provided. If no ship unit information is provided, then the RIQ is successful.

During the failure example, the following error is located in the logs: Ending rule: Rate Offering Hazardous Rule (failed)
