Symptoms
On Oracle Supplier Network, 5.1 version, errors when inbound invoices are sent from Oracle Supplier Network (OSN) to Oracle Application system.
Error
Error Code: OXTA-4301
Error Description: OXTA SSL Handshake Error
Cause: Receiver's server was unable to perform SSL handshake with Oracle Supplier Network when attempting to receive message.
Possible Remedy: Receiver needs to check that SSL is properly configured. Receiver may be using a Certificate Authority not supported by the Oracle Supplier Network.
Root Error Description: Failed to perform handshake when getting SSL connection.
Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will whenever the system attempts to receive inbound invoices from the Oracle Supplier Network.
