Error - Select A Valid Value

When trying to query the account segment, the segment does not show in the list of values.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Log into Internet Expenses
2, Select the "Create Expense Report" button
2. Enter the expense report general information
3. Click the "Next" button through each form until the Update Expense Report: Expense Allocations form.
4. Click in the account segments and search for valid segment values, e.g. the Account Segment.
5. The list of values does not include segments with the Allow Posting or Allow Budgeting option set to No.
