Partial Continous Move Created when Reaching Capacity Limit (Doc ID 1320749.1)

Last updated on JULY 20, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Operational Planning - Version 6.1.0 to 6.1.5 [Release 6.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Using a continuous move setup and Capacity Limits, two order releases are bulk planned. When a capacity limit is reached , the system disassembles the shipments and leaves one shipment as a CM shipment, while detaching the other shipment of the CM . The issue is that OR/Shipments are becoming locked in the system and acting as if they are still a part of the CM.
