End Dated or Purged Element Processed by Payroll Is Not Picked Up ByThe Costing Process (Doc ID 1321038.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run the Costing Process find that the run results for Element Entries processed in the Payroll run were subsequently end-dated before costing run are were therefore NOT costed.


Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

  1. Run Payroll
  2. End-date element entry
  3. Run costing
