Symptoms
On OTM version 6.0.4 when planning using Kewill and planning shipments going via a cross dock the into cross dock and shipments out of the cross dock have hte same start time. This means the goods are not even at the crossdock when the out of cross dock shipment leaves.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that the times of the shipments will be times so the into cross dock shipment moves the goods to the cross dock and hte shipment leaving the cross dock leaves only after the goods have arrived in the cross dock.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure OTM to use Kewill
2. Set up a cross dock scenario.
3. Plan the shipments and note both the inbound and outbound crossdock shipments start at the same time.
