Symptoms

When attempting to view Statement of Earnings, the following error occurs.

ORA-20101: Error in pay_us_soe_balances_pkg.populate_earn_bal – ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at “APPS.PAY_US_SOE_BALANCES_PKG”, line 1204
FRM-40735: KEY-EXEQRY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20101.

 


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Run Quickpay
2. Attempt to view SOE from quickpay, assignment, or assignment process results
3. Receive error
