Unable To Receive POs Records Stuck In RTI With Processing Mode Batch And Transaction Status Pending (Doc ID 1321391.1)

Find in a new implementation it is not possible to receipt any item from a Purchase order
as receipts are stuck with:    

Processing Mode BATCH

although profile option 'RCV: Processing Mode' has been set to  Immediate.

They cannot be deleted from Transaction Status Summary Form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set profile Option RCV: Processing Mode to Immediate or Online.
2. In Receiving Organization, Navigate to Receiving / Receipts form.
3. Query the PO.
4. Enter receiving information. Save.
5. Navigate to Transaction Status Summary RCVTXVTX form.
All receipts are in Pending status, Batch processing mode and no errors.
