Symptoms
A shipment is created where its Start Time is in the past. If the driver's NAT (Next Available Time) is AFTER this shipment start time, when the driver is assigned to the shipment, the IDLE TIME calculated for this driver is now negative and results in a negative cost (if using a Rate Record that is cost based on "Driver Idle Time from Previous Assignment")
