Symptoms

When attempting to create a new organization, the following error occurs.

APP-PAY-06153 system Error. Procedure INIT_FORMS at step 1



STEPS

1. Go to Inventory>Setup>organizations>Define organization
2. Click on New.
3. Error Presents.
