transport - Services - 2

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup 2 webservices - 1 for shipments and one for vouchers. (Soap action used in this case is process for both)
2. Attach one of these to each external system.
3. Send an outbound feed using a shipment.
4. Note Feed is successfully processed.
5. Send an outbound feed using a voucher.
6. Note error received in logs.
