Region Detail not Displaying Records for Regions in OTM

Symptoms
When viewing the Regions, the Region Details is seen as blank. No details are listed.
-- Issue
seeing that the Region Details is blank and here is no information populated even though the values are present in the Database.
-- Expected Behavior
That the Region Detail information would be populated with the Regions that have been defined when viewing through the UI.

Regions work fine during planning
-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Navigating to Shipment Management > Power Data > Geography
2. Search for Region that was created
3. Edit the Region and see that nothing is showing up for Region Details
