BI Publisher Job Scheduling Failed: User Has No Permission To Access This Report (Doc ID 1326517.1)

Symptoms

Running BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.1 deployed on Weblogic 10.3.
Security Model is LDAP.
LDAP is Microsoft's Active Directory.

When scheduling reports to run immediately
or otherwise with the user setup from the MS Active directory, the client
gets the message:

Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from
fulfilling the request.


The client has applied BI Publisher NOV 2010 update patch - 10256764

A section of the debug file shows:
