Riq Commodity Code Field Auto-Complete Issue (Doc ID 1327040.1)

Symptoms

On OTM version 6.0 when a user enters e.g. the first three letters of a valid commodity in the commodity code field, a drop-down list is displayed but the field does not autocomplete when the user tabs off. Also, if multiple values are displayed in the drop-down the arrow keys do not allow the user to select a different option (if they click any option the field does complete as expected).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the field to be populated from the selection in the drop down list.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Log onto an OTM 6.0 system.

2 - Create the following commodities:
LJS_1
LJS_2
LJS_3
LJS_4
LJS_5

3 - Click on the Rate Inquiry (RIQ) icon.

4 - In the Commodity Code enter LJS.

5 - The auto populate drop down list showed the 5 Comodity Codes.

6 - Used the down arrow to select LJS_4 and clicked Tab.

7 - The field is not populated with the value LJS_4 value.
