Symptoms
Label values missing on the View Tracking Event Screen.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Fleet Management > Visibility > Tracking Event > search and select any > view >
The label for label.ob_refnum_qual_xid does not exist, it should be label.ob_refnum_qual.
Also, label.ob_refnum_value does not exist either, that should be label.ob_refnum.
