Symptoms

After running the "Purge Redundant PA-DSS Incidental Data" program the Card Member Name is not visible in the Find Credit Cards screen.

Steps to Reproduce
----------------------

1. Navigate: Payables Responsibility > Credit Cards > Credit Cards 
2. Query Credit Card
3. The Card Member name is null

Changes

Ran the "Purge Redundant PA-DSS Incidental Data" program.
