On : 12.1.3 version, Expenses Setup

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After running the "Purge Redundant PA-DSS Incidental Data" program the Card Member Name is not visible in the Find Credit Cards screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Find Credit Cards screen to show the Card Member Name.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Credit Cards form (APXWCARD)
2. Click the Flashlight icon
3. The Card Member name column is empty for ALL credit cards

Changes

Ran the "Purge Redundant PA-DSS Incidental Data" program.
