Symptoms

Editing an an existing remark field in gtm registration manager errors out

Cannot update the GTM_REGISTRATION_REMARK record. DOMAIN_NAME must be set.
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01407: cannot update ("GLOGOWNER"."GTM_REGISTRATION_REMARK"."DOMAIN_NAME") to NULL occurs when updating the remarks field
