Missing Shipment ID Search Field In Dock Scheduler.

On OTM version 6.2.1 the Shipment field to search from shipments is missing from the Dock Management screen.

Expect the Shipment field to be present.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- Navigated to: Operational Planning > Appointment Management > Dock and Yard Managers.
2 - Searched for Location LJS_ORACLE_READING
3 - Clicked Actions > Manage Appointments.
4 - The Shipment field is not populated.
