Goal


When submitting a request from a specific responsibility and specific users, Oracle will automatically bring them to 'View Request' instead of asking the user if he/she wants to submit another request. How can we force the system to always ask these users if they want to submit a new request (instead of bringing them to the 'View Requests' form)?
