Symptoms

A Rate Record includes a Rate Cost defined with one ore more Conditions in an attempt to list all the requirements necessary for this Rate Record to be applied. As an example, the Rate Cost contains two conditions:

Equipment Ship Unit Line Item Commodity Code = A
Equipment Ship Unit Line Item Commodity Code = B

This Rate Cost is a PER SHIPMENT charge.

An order that has multiple lines is planned. When this Rate is considered one of the lines matches the above Rate Conditions. The other Line does not. (i.e. one line has commodity A or B, the other line does not). The rating is successful and applied the PER SHIPMENT charge to the shipment create. It was expected that since one of the lines does NOT match the condition, that the this Rate Record fail to rate.
