When Adjusting Shipment Appointment Time the Adjustment is Not Saved. (Doc ID 1329439.1)

On OTM version 6.2.1 when adjusting an appointment the adjustment is not saved.

Expect the adjustment to be saved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Logon to OTM 6.2 system.
2 - Create an Order Release and plan it onto Shipment <SHIPMENT> for <DATE>.
3 - Navigate to: Operational Planning > Appointment Management > Dock and Yard Manager.
4 - Search for Location <LOCATION>
5 - Click on Actions > Manage Appointments.
6 - Each slot is 1 hour.
7 - Place Shipment <SHIPMENT> in the 10:00 - 11:00 time slot and save.
8 - Right click over the Appointment > Adjust Appointment Times.
9 - Set the end time to be 11:30, so an extension of 30 minutes.
10 - Click Save.
11 - The Confirmation Screen is displayed.
12 - Click Close.
13 - The Manage Appointment screen still shows the appointment as 10:00 - 11:00.
14 - Click Refresh, no change.
15 - From right click select View Appointment. The times are from 10:00 to 11:00.
