Symptoms
Workplan Actual Costs do not match Expenditure Inquiry form.
From the Expenditure Inquiry form, query all expenditures for a project.
Navigate to the Workplan tab. Notice that the Workplan Actual Costs are less than the Expenditure Inquiry Total.
Navigate to the Reporting tab. Actual Costs match Expenditure Inquiry totals.
