"Sample Sales" Reports Fail with: Unresolved Table (Doc ID 1330343.1)

Symptoms


After installing FTI, it is found that there are some pre-installed sample reports when accessing the AdHoc Query, called "Sample Sales". When trying to run these sample reports and it is failing with the following error:

Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).
Error Details
Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P:OI2DL65P
State: HY000. Code: 10058. NQODBC SQL_STATE: HY000 nQSError: 10058 A general error has occurred. nQSError: 27004 Unresolved table: "Sample Sales". (HY000)

Steps to replicate:

1. Install FTI for OTM
2. Navigate to Transportation Intelligence -> Ad Hoc Query
3. Navigate to Shared Folders -> Sample Sales
4. Click on any report
