On the E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 with Forms 10.1.2.x , the application of <Patch 9593176> -'MLR TRACKING BUG FOR FORMS 10.1.2.3.0 BUNDLE PATCH' via opatch to the 10.1.2 $ORACLE_HOME is failing with following error :
