Viewing OTM PDF Canned Reports In OTM Not Working After Upgrading to Adobe Acrobat 9.4.4 (Doc ID 1332015.1)

Goal


After upgrading from Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.4.1 to 9.4.4, users are not able to view PDF files in Internet Explorer. This happens on OTM v5.5 and v6.1 with the canned OTM reports. In the lower left hand corner of the IE window is an ERROR triangle and clicking on it for details shows 'Access is denied'.
