When attempting to Delete a Stylesheet from the Contact Preferences on the Carrier, the screen refreshes, but the row does not delete.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM.
2. Search For a Service Provider which has a STYLESHEET attached to the Contact Preference.
3. Select and click Edit.
4. Click the Communications and Remarks Tab.
5. Go down to Contact Preferences and attempt to delete the row "STYLESHEET" by clicking the trashcan.
6. Note the screen refreshes, but the row still exists.
