Symptoms
In RAC environment, instance affinity for a concurrent program is not working i.e. program is not running on the instance specified.
The instance affinity for a program has been specified as follows:
1. Navigate to Concurrent/ Program/ Define
2. Search for the program and click on 'Session Control'
3. Specify instance name in 'Target Instance' field
