Unable To Access OTM Report From Internet Explorer. (Doc ID 1333247.1)

On OTM version 6.1.1 an email is sent out of OTM containing a link to a report. The link works when using Firefox but not when using Internet Explorer.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sent a mail out of OTM which contains a report.
2. Use the URL in Internet Explorer and the report is not accessed.
