When Planning An Order Movement With An Accessorial With A Weighted Cost, The Total Cost On The Bulk Plan Results Screen Is Incorrect (Doc ID 1334161.1)

When Bulk Planning an Order Movement, the total cost on the Bulk Plan Results Screen is incorrect if an Accessorial with a weighted cost is on the rate record. In this case, the weighted cost is shown as the total cost, however, the total cost on the actual shipment itself is correct.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Setup:

Created Rate Offering: RATE1
Created Rate Record: RATE11
$5 PER SHIPMENT (Normal Cost)
1 Accessorial (WEIGHT_COST) with a weighted cost of $2 per mile.


To Replicate:

1. Log into OTM.
2. Search for Order Movement which can build against the rate created.
3. Select and go to Actions --> Operational Planning --> Create Shipment --> Bulk Plan.
4. Click Ok.
5. Click refresh.
6. Note that Total Weighted Cost and Total Cost are both $45.00 on the Bulk Plan Results Screen. The Total
cost should only be $5. (If you view the shipment created, the cost is correct).
