Symptoms
Cannot close period due to 132 invalid receipts showing on subledger period close exception report. These are receipt to receipt applications.
Subledger accounting program report shows this error for the receipts:
The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency. Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines.
If running RACCPB module: Submit Accounting then this error is found in the logfile:
ORACLE error 6502 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
