Symptoms
Approving Purchase Requisitions by email can generate the following reply email with errors:

ORA-04061: existing state of has been invalidated
ORA-04061: existing state of package body "APPS.PO_WF_REQ_NOTIFICATION" has been invalidated
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package body "APPS.PO_WF_REQ_NOTIFICATION" ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.PO_WF_REQ_NOTIFICATION"

Even though this error presents when performing the Approval through email, the same approval actions through the application worklist DO NOT yield the errors, and result in a successful approval.
