'Continuous Move Empty Distance' Look Up Calculation Is Incorrect.

Symptoms
On : 6.1.3 version,
You set a distance look up of 1 KM between 2 locations. These locations are the last stop of the first shipment and the first stop of the second shipment. When you link shipments and go check the empty distance between the locations, the field "Continuous Move Empty Distance" has 0.62 KM instead of 1 KM.
