Profile option 'PA: Licensed to use CRL Projects' is set to 'Yes' and CRL Projects is not installed. (Doc ID 1338735.1)

Goal

Post upgrade to R12, when running Capital Diagnostics for a Project, we get the error:

ERROR - Profile option 'PA: Licensed to use CRL Projects' is set to 'Yes' and CRL Projects is not installed
ACTION - When CRL Projects is not installed, this profile option MUST be set to 'No'. Update this profile option at site level to the correct setting using the System Administrator responsibility
