Not Able To Send Email Outside Local Domain Using Oracle Email Center (Doc ID 1339671.1)

When sending emails from email center / email server outside of customer's domain the emails are seen in the email center sent folder but do not reach their destination. Outbox processor is working fine.

Emails to be able to reach outside world.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Email Center Agent console
2. Send email to hotmail or yahoo
3. emails not received
