Symptoms
A customized Shipment Manager Layout is created and assigned to a Screen Set. A Shipment is edited using this custom Manager Layout and the customizations are visible. Clicking on the "Set Location Overrides" and clicking "Save" (making changes or not), the screen refreshes with the out-of-box Manager Layout view.
